I found it, it’s ‘arbeitsscheu’.

Why was I looking for this? Well it relates back to Sachsenhausen concentration camp. One of it’s first major influxes was the ‘workshy’ and ‘asocial’ from Berlin. I couldn’t remember what the Nazi’s referred to the people as.
